I work with you to offer a transformational approach to our coaching rather than just a transactional approach. This means I work at the behavioural level and at the mindset and beliefs level, which is the element that makes the difference between short-term change and long-term transformation. Take a collaborative approach working in partnership with you to provide a concentrated, clear focus on achieving outstanding results, which increases the certainty of success for you. I believe YOU have ‘gold’ within you, and I work hard to draw it out using the ‘tGROW’ model.
Coaches take different approaches, but I aim to simplify the process. move forward; we need to:
Step One – Take Stock:
- Identify where you are going and what you want
- Work out what is stopping you and making you feel stuck.
- Identify the ‘potential within you’, the experience, skills, and experience which will help you move forward.
Step Two – Look Ahead:
- Learn new skills/adopt new habits/build confidence and make the changes to propel you forward
- Set a specific plan with clear and sustainable goals/priorities unique to you. The plan will help you move forward
Step Three – Take Action:
Move forward with support, clear accountability, and learning the lessons to help sustain the change and reach the goals. Making the change stick is key to success and achieving the life you want. With the Coaching I offer, you increase the risk of sustaining the life change rather than quitting.
Ongoing – Celebrate:
As your coach, I want to celebrate your successes and achievements.
Of course, there are always challenges and setbacks, but we learn from them, move forward with renewed focus, learn the lessons, and make any necessary shifts to our plans.
My Coaching Offer
1. Initial introductory session
This session provides time to get to know each other, share our stories, and explore what you want to get from Coaching and the type of support you are seeking. We’ll explore where you are today, the changes you want to make, the goals you want to achieve in life within your work/career and the lifestyle you seek to attain. The conversation helps you know me and decide if you want to proceed. I also get valuable insight to work out: if we are a good fit and the best coaching approach/strategy to help you move forward and get started.
It’s not a hard sell conversation – I want to work with the individuals I can help most and choose to work with me. In the end, it’s a joint decision but an exciting one.
Expectations – You
Stepping out requires courage, commitment and a willingness to be uncomfortable; this is needed to make a significant shift in life as a whole and aspects of life such as work, business, relationships and health.
You need to be:
- Committed to taking the steps necessary to move forward
- Willing and able to invest in your business/organisation and your personal development
- Desire to step out and move forward
My Commitment to You
In return, I will be fully committed to you and your development. I will work hard to partner with you to see you succeed and reach the goals we agree on.
I will also maintain the code of ethics as outlined by the EMCC.
The Offer
No two coaching relationships are the same, but they operate around a pattern:
- Following the initial introductory session, clients commit to the full six sessions. We review every 12 weeks to see how far you have progressed and identify the next steps forward.
- Six sessions are provided over 12 weeks.
- Video/online sessions (face-to-face is a possibility – depending on distance/time, it may incur an additional cost)
- 60 – 90 min per session
- Email support between sessions
I work with only six individual clients at any one time as a one-to-one Coach.
